Desert Island Exercise
During the first week of A2 media studies we drew diagrams of desert islands to symbolise the journey from AS to A2 allowing us to visually reflect on the past year. The sun in the corner of the page illustrates the knowledge our teacher Jason has given us enabling us to proceed onto the next part of the course. The Island portrays our AS year and the shipwreck demonstrates the difficulties I had during the year yet my issues were never that far from correct path. The hut exemplifies the classroom and the guidance we had been given to succeed and the un-erupted Volcano proves this success. Finally, the mermaid exemplifies my movement to the A2 'Island' due to the knowledge which I had gained during at the AS 'island'.
