An excellent presentation in address of the question set. Why would Annapurna pictures a California based production company distribute your British independent movie? Can you justify this? Add links to the films you mention on Slide 7. Good consideration to film certification on Slide 8 - but this is an American rating not UK. Do you plan to sell and release the film in America and not the UK?
Also I found this statement on the Annapurna Pictures website - which you could use;
