Editing: day 2

On the second session of editing, due to our very intricate concept, we had to thoroughly crop our clips to fit the 'montage' style we were aiming for. To do this we used the cutting tool called the razor which was found by selecting the 'c' key. Once we had cut a clip on the timeline we could then get rid of the tool by pressing 'v', the 'v' key enabled us to select several clips at once which was beneficial when ordering the clips.

We found this process slightly difficult as we did not yet know the order and structure of our opening thriller so knowing what to cut was difficult, for instance later on if we needed a clip of Jason looking up with a worried expression to fit the action of a notice board shot, we may only have a clip of him looking to the right whilst worried.
